DELIVERY TIME AND PAYMENT OF SHIPPING FEES IN DENMARK
We partner with Shipmondo and offer delivery to home addresses or parcel shops.
We process your order and package your items within 24 hours. You will receive your items within 1-2 business days after the order has been shipped from our warehouse to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
We offer free delivery and returns in Denmark for purchases over 459 DKK, otherwise for purchases under 459 DKK the shipping fee is 59 DKK to parcel shops.
Shipmondo uses GLS, Postnord and DAO. You will receive an email with confirmation of your order and the possibility of tracking your order.
DELIVERY METHODS
You can choose free delivery for pickup at the nearest parcel shop or delivery to your home address.
All free deliveries are exclusively to a parcel shop as "standard delivery". When delivering to your home address in Denmark, home delivery, the shipping fee is 79 DKK excl. VAT.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING FEES WITHIN EU COUNTRIES
We partner with Shipmondo and offer delivery to home addresses or parcel shops.
We process and pack your order within 24 hours. Delivery time takes from 1-3 business days in most countries within the EU, this applies from the time the order is shipped from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address. However, it can take longer from 4-7 business days, depending on the geographical distance of the country from our home address in Denmark.
Payment of shipping charges within EU countries will cost from €12 EUR to €18 EUR for parcel shops.
The shipping fee for home delivery within EU countries will cost from €13.5 EUR to €25 EUR.
The shipping fee to our neighboring countries Germany and Sweden will cost €12.5 EUR to parcel shops.
By For home delivery to Germany and Sweden, the shipping fee will cost €16 EUR.

You pay Danish VAT of 25% if you shop within EU countries.
DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING FEES OUTSIDE THE EU
We process your order and package goods within 24 hours. Delivery time outside the EU can take from 2-3 business days and up to 27 business days depending on your home address where you place your order and this applies from the time the order is shipped from our warehouse to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
In most countries outside the EU, shipping charges can cost from €18 EUR to €44 EUR for home delivery.
We deliver goods to Greenland and it can take up to 27 business days from the time the order is shipped from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address. Delivery time to the Faroe Islands and Iceland can take from 2 -10 business days after the order is shipped from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
Delivery time to the USA, Canada and Mexico can take from 4–7 business days, but it can take up to 27 business days, this depends on your home address and after the order is shipped from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
Delivery time to the UK and Norway is approximately 2-10 business days, from the time the order is shipped from our warehouse in Denmark to the time you receive the package at your delivery address.
Please note that customers outside the EU may be charged customs duties when goods arrive in your country. The duties depend on the customer's country's import policy and the weight of the goods.

For countries outside the EU, we will not charge additional taxes (VAT) on your cart.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment cards directly at the checkout at:
VISA cards, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay and quick payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We do not charge credit card fees . The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
Payment of taxes on the webshop is made directly at the checkout when you have chosen your payment method. Tax amounts must be paid in Danish kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR) or American Dollars (USD). In Denmark we accept Dankort.
If you use VISA, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay with foreign currency, the currency exchange will be done automatically at the checkout and with the help of the Bank's system. You will pay the associated fees at your own exchange rate, this will be done automatically. No additional credit card fee will be required. The bank transaction is encrypted by the Bank for a secure payment.

www.ermidio.com is a multilingual webshop where you can read product information in several languages. The primary language of the website is Danish.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
As a consumer you have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt of the item to let us know that you want to cancel your purchase.
You must send us an email to info@ermidio.dk and use the document The standard cancellation form that was sent to you in the package. A link will be sent to you with Ermidios online Return portal by email, which you must fill out to go through the process.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
CANCELLATION OF PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
RETURN
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, You have 14 days to send the item back to us and we will pay the return shipping . if you have used our Returns Portal and only if you have purchased goods for more than 459. DKK (This only applies in Denmark).
If you do not use our Return portal , then you are responsible for the return shipping.
But in all cases, you are responsible for the goods if damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to: jewelry.
The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of: 85 DKK in Denmark.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND YOUR RETURN
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

COMPLAINT
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods. When you shop at www.ermidio.eu , www.ermidio.com or www.ermidio.dk you have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
We always check the goods before sending them to you.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect or error has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or damage that you have caused yourself.
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault in the product. If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
You must send us an email to customer service: info@ermidio.dk .
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Force Majeure
If an extraordinary situation arises that is beyond our control, or where the obligation is due to unforeseen or external events that must be considered force majeure, our obligations will be suspended. The time frame for the suspension will be as long as the emergency situation lasts. Examples that may be covered by force majeure are natural disasters, fire, war, currency restrictions, riots, pandemics.
